Working
systematically
Improving outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander
students is not a short-term project. It is something that
must be sustained over time.
One
of the ways this will be achieved is by working systematically.
The Workbook is designed to help you do that.
The
steps it suggests are:
These are also the steps you will find here and the material
is a version of what is in the Workbook.
Working
through this section will take you through all of them, in
sequence, and following the TAKING ACTION suggestions will
help you develop a plan.
The key message is — follow these steps. They won't
always be in this sequence, but they all need to be included
in work that is effective and sustained.
These
case studies provide examples of working systematically.
Other
case studies will also provide leads on these issues. See,
for instance, TOPICS.
