An interim evaluation was completed after Session 3. School teams’ ratings of several statements on a five point scale (where 1 = strongly disagree and 5 = strongly agree) were:

The WW program, with its school teams approach and four half-day sessions spread over time, is a good model for professional learning. 22 of 22 teams rated 4 or 5
On balance the four WW sessions have been productive, interesting and engaging. 19 of 22 teams rated 4 or 5
The program has developed my understanding and capacity in terms of improving educational outcomes for Koorie students. 15 of 22 teams rated 4 or 5

After Session 4, a similar evaluation was conducted, this time asking for the responses of individuals:
